Slapstick by Kurt Vonnegut

               Slapstick by Kurt Vonnegut is about the last President of the United States Dr. Wilbur Daffodil-11 Swain's life. He and his twin sister Eliza Mellon Swain were so ugly that their parents were ashamed and were not expected to live longer than 15. They pretend to be idiots until their fifteenth birthday were they show everyone that they are really geniuses. So Wilbur is sent away to school while Eliza is kept at home. So he becomes a pediatrician and he doesn't her from her until their dad dies. The book connects to the world when Dr. Swain becomes President, because we have a President in the world so there similar. I would recommend this book to anyone who likes fantasy-ish books that don't make that much sense.
