            I am the Messenger by Markus Zusak, is about Ed Kennedy, a nineteen year old cab driver, he plays cards with his friends Marv, Ritchie, and Audrey and is pretty bad at it and has a horrible smelling dog named The Doorman. Even his mother says that he has no life. Until he stops a bank robbery. Now he is the messenger and must help or hurt the people in the town for the unknown man behind the deliveries. I think it kind of is like any mystery book with a hero. I guess I would recommend this book to someone who read the Book Thief also by Markus Zusak, or if you like sort of mystery books, and a sort of cheesy lines towards the end of the book. Its a good book.
